You understand that video and audio communications are peer-to-peer and that we do not record or store your conversations. However, other users may record your interactions, so please be mindful of what you share.

PandaPair is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or information of other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaPair and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PandaPair and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service or violation of these terms.

If you encounter users who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior, please disconnect from the chat immediately. You can report issues through appropriate channels if available.
